| A THING CALLED "GRIEF" | 2 Samuel 12:15-23 |
Synopsis Grief is something everyone will go through and some will go through it more than once. We tend to try to handle grief in losing a loved one by flowers, dressing them up, using words like "passed away" or "just asleep" or "gone to be with Jesus." Regardless of what we do to try to ease our grief, it is still "grief" and there's not much we can do. However for the Christian there is reassurance and help that the unbeliever does not have. Keywords Grief, Death, Everyone, Jesus, Assurance Other Readings Psalm 23:4; 6:5-7; 137:1-6; 119:28 |
